If your order is booked 4 days or less prior to the requested service date, your order will be treated as a rush order and an additional fee will be charged. Rush orders will be processed ONLY after you contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. For example, a rush fee will apply if an order is placed on a Monday requesting service on Friday the same week (the service day is excluded when counting the number of days).

You may cancel your service at any time subject to the following: All requests must be submitted in writing, either by fax to 813-769-6005 or email cancel@EagleLaborMgmt.com. There is a cancellation fee of $50 per task for any request that is received more than 2 business days prior to your service date. There are NO refunds if the request is received by Eagle Management less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled day of service. Rush Orders are non-refundable.
