No, There is no additional fee for stairs up to three flights.

Do you work on weekends?
Yes. Saturday and Sundays are considered normal work days in most areas.

Are your movers insured?
Yes. Our service providers cover your shipment under the standard $.60 per pound per article in the unlikely event something is dropped or damaged.

I need help tomorrow, can you assist me?
Yes we can. However our options become more limited on last minute, rush orders. There is a surcharge applied to your rate for expedited coordination.

How do I pay?
At the time of the order, a deposit is paid by your credit card. On the day that the service is provided, you will pay the balance due directly to the service provider.
